      PART ONE I got suprised with granite countertops for my birthday from my in laws who were getting countertops also. After having plywood for 11 years I was soo excited! So one of workers came by to do a template and measure, When the countertops arrived at the shop they were cracked from stress, so I went to pick countertop from granite hero's in pacific mo. I had no problem picking my granite and was on my way soon to installation. I was soo happy to get rid of plywood! Well, when the two workers that came and installed my countertops left, I didnt really watch them, I have kids and one with a disability. I was beyond happy! That is until I seen the gaps from where they neglected to cut into the drywall and have the countertops level with the cabinets. The same with the sink slab not cut into wall, and they failed to put shimes between the dishwasher and the sink, causing it to have no support. It could have broken! When my father in law asked about the template, I told him he just used a tape measure when he was supposed to do a template. So, he called to let them know and sent pictures. Well, a worker came and said we will fix this on monday. So monday comes, my husband and father in law are waiting for the workers to come fix the countertops and they never arrived! They never even called! My father in law had to call multiple times to only get a text from granite hero's saying sorry, we got caught up on a job. PART TWO Eventually, two workers came out. As they fixed the issues I soon discovered that the countertops were not glued on! So, we got the gaps fixed and they decided to use caulking in the gap of the kitchen slab. Which they should have cut into the wall to properly fit in the counter, this is something they entirely neglected to do. My father in law called and asked about the quarter inch gap not being properly installed. They said it was not that wide of a gap! When you pay for a service or if its a gift, it should be done right! PART THREE So, we had another visit to buff out a chip in the granite as well as the gap. To fix the gap, they put black sealer over the white. As I'm telling him that his caulking job is horrible, he tells me it's black, it's going to get ******* the more I try to fix it. I looked at him and recognized him as the original worker who didn't glue my countertops on or level them with cabinets and so on. He says, oh you had problems with your countertops! Seemed to not care at all. Back to the task at hand, he asks for any paint that he can fix it with. I looked at him and said no, I don't think thats a good idea. Using wet paint with wet black caulking! I had been so patient up until this point, I was just done. They took my excitement away too. I'm done with this company. PART FOUR They left and I was so irritated that I called two different numbers and finally got ahold of someone. I told them this was ridiculous, I have had you guys come out to fix my countertops just to have more visits, mistakes, and not doing what was asked. I said it shouldn't matter that this was not a big paying job, it should have been done right the first time! They have one of the workers, who didn't do the job right the first time, back out in the field when I was told he would be back in training, learning how to do it right. He told me that he will come look at the horrible caulking. he says he is more precise than the others. From what I have experienced, I was not convinced.PART FIVE My mother in law emailed the company asking for a meeting with the owner in which she received no response. I called them again and told them that I won't need them to come out. I highly doubt we will be contacted, they got paid so in their eyes, job done.

      We made numerous attempts at trying to address customers issues, everytime we would go to house to fix or look at what the complaint was, we addressed there concern and left, every trip we made there was a phone call within ***** minutes of installers leaving stating they found another problem. After 4 trips to house Granite Heroes had fulfilled our obligation and left customers house and counters within industry standards and have no more work to complete to fulfill our contract.

      Granite heroes you failed to do a template in which resulted in unsatisfactory results. You left a quarter inch gap from countertop to wall, so when we addressed it granite heroes response was "its not that wide". Yes you were called to fix issues, your company was paid to do a job correct? So I guess leaving a job with unsatisfactory result's is industry standards.
