I'm trying to get a complete invoice from this business after he was paid in full. I want to be able to take the regular invoice into the insurance company. I have asked repeatedly for the invoice and they haven't sent it.

07/28/2022: Mediator left a detailed voicemail requesting an update. [CR] This is Mrs **** and I'm returning your call and behalf of the Gateway roofing company. There. That had the work done with know they never did provide me with any kind of a of a statement that I requested so call me back whenever you can ************. Thank you.
08/01/2022: We have checked the mailbox at the property that the work was done at, we have not received this invoice and made multiple efforts to get a copy sent to us.

08/01/2022: This is **** over at Gateway brothers construction phone number ************ in regards to the lady that said she hadn't got her paid invoice yet. She has two houses I mailed it to the one that we have on contract. So possibly I don't have another address for her so possibly she's not getting it because it's at the house that we did the work on so I don't know for sure but I have mailed it out. I don't know what else to do. She's going to have to check our mail at her second house be my my guess for her but that's where the that's where the paid invoice went to. That's what we have on contract up for work. We did the the residence we did the house that so that's where the invoice went to so but I do know she has another house somewhere in town, so that's kind of the country house or whatever or something like that. I don't know so I'm guessing that's what where she keeps saying she's not getting her into. ..."
