Stumps out was supposed to cut down a tree in my front yard and remove the *****. He gave me a bid, I went with it and it was a disaster. When ***** came to cut the tree down he had one guy with him. This guy didnt even work for ***** from what he told me. His guys were hunting so he decided to have this guy help him. They had a lift with a bucket to cut the tree down. The helper was pouring gas/oil mixture into the chainsaws on my porch, driveway and new landscape walls that were just put up leaving stains everywhere. When ***** cut the tree down by the house a large branch hit the top of the roof and gutter. This cracked the plywood under the shingles and dented the gutter. The helper tried telling me it was only the gutter and they would fix it but after talking to the neighbors they boom was so loud they came out to see what happened. When he ground the ***** down he claimed he would grind down about 10" and get all the roots. He only ground down about 2 or 3 inches and then covered it up with all the ***** shavings and left a big heap of a mess in my yard. I asked him to come back and clean it up he came back and got some more out still leaving a bunch there and made sure he spread it out so i could not still see the roots. After inspecting it there are several roots still there and only ground down a couple inches. He said he would come back and fix it, never did. He said he would pay for repairing the roof and he never did. I gave him a copy of the bid for $400 to patch the roof. Never received anything. You can see by the pictures the mess he left, the stains and the dent in the gutter in between the two windows and the roof where debris was left from hitting it and the dent in the roof.
