I have had to have this vehicle worked on since November 2023, I have had to replace a transmission of which was $5000, now I have put another $4000 into the **** on a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe which are not cheap vehicles. Again, this vehicle is my daily driver, it has just over ******* miles on it and the transmission went out, again outside of any warranty. Estimated cost through Chevrolet to repair was $10,000 alone for the transmission. I went through a certified transmission shop and paid half this. Now the *** I am ultimately frustrated with Chevrolet and the overall lack of care by the company. I did reach out to the company and spoke with a case worker whom has been helpful but recovering some monetary support, however she was informed by supervisor to close the account as my vehicle was outside of the mileage warranty.Business response

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns regarding your 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe. Although we did not perform the transmission repair on your Tahoe, we understand how disheartening it can be to face unexpected and costly vehicle repairs.
Given that your vehicle is now significantly outside of the manufacturer's 3 year/ 36000 warranty period with over ******* miles and considering that Chevrolet has already advised that the vehicle's warranty conditions do not cover these repairs, we are unable to issue a refund for the **** repair amount of $3,602.

I took my truck into them the first week in January. The dimmer switch was not working properly. They worked on it supposedly but over the weekend it still wasn't working. I took it back on Monday. They charged me twice for it. On Friday they charged me $100. They didn't tell me that they were going to charge me a second time for the same thing. I paid $135.00.Business response
