Pro Building Solutions was contracted to install metal roof on garage & house over a year ago. After putting on the metal roof to the garage which took over an agonizing 6 months to do with broken show up times & commitments, Pro Building Solutions still had facia, roof endcaps, metal bending, gutters & vinyl siding to do in order to complete the job. After the 1st rain the roof in the house & garage leaked in which we now have growing damage to drywall, plaster ceilings, including rusting out a wood burning stove. Several attempts have been made to contact the Company with little to no response. The owner is now radio silence. Tried to contact him numerous times, with a few text responses, but still haven't fixed the issue. The recent texts to him have totally gone unanswered. Because of the leak, the wood burning stove now gets water in it every time there is a rain & is now ruined. Pro Building also contracted to install gutters & siding both of which have not been done. We would like to have the contractor repair the leaks & address the damage to the property & live up to his contract.

We have followed up with this customer and have made any repairs necessary, the siding and gutter portions the customer is stating was decided against do to other delays not associated with us. No money was collected on those portions of work. We here at ProBuilding solutions try to meet everyone’s demands as cost effective as we can to the best of our ability. I have personally spoke with Mr zigrang and he is ok with repairs made as he walked around the project with the repair tech. We hold a 5 year labor warranty on all work performed and will hold that standard through the remaining warranty time. We have close to 200+ customers a year and do our best to keep up with each and every one of them. He can reach out to me personally for any other questions or concerns.
