I used PG plumbing back on November 28th, 2022 to replace my main line due to roots being in the pipes. I have been living back at my house for less than a month and already having clogging issues. I called PG plumbing back last week on March 7th. Told me he’d be by that afternoon. He doesn’t show. Finally Thursday morning he shows up (doesn’t even tell me he’s coming- I saw him on ring doorbell look inside sewer then leave) I call him he says he forgot sewer machine and will be back that afternoon, he doesn’t show. Friday I call him all day and no answer. He is even ignoring my husband so my husband decides to go to the business address. Then he finally shows back up Friday around 5. He snakes it’s about 7 or 8x then tells us do we want to hear the bad news? We say no he then tells us that it was the city’s fault and not none of their work that there are roots back in pipes at the 6ft mark and City should take care of it. But city came and evaluated and it’s not on the city side. Apparently some properties have an easement of 3ft or 7ft. Ours is 3ft. Not sure how plumber whose been in the business for years wouldnt know if ours was 3ft? I paid this guy $3400 after he completed the job (that didn’t even get fixed since here we are me being back home for only a couple of weeks) and he couldn’t even have the decency to pick up any of the old piping or call us back any of the times I called him. I’ve never once written a bad review about a business but I’m livid that I paid this man $3200 to replace main line and $200 to do camera sewer work to get measurements. His measurements were not correct according to City and there’s no way our tree grew in 3 months to put more roots in our pipes. Measurements were wrong and now Pat is not willing to fix. People these days really don’t care unless you paying them, I paid this man $3400 for a job that got done in 3 hours and now here we are months later with same issue and he doesn’t want to help.
