      I have purchased an item.. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last couple days without a response. I asked for the status of the order and since they didnt respond I asked them to cancel the order... they are selling items that they do not even have in there possession. I either want my item shipped out today or refunded on to my card immediately for the full amount if not I will go through the process of disputing the transaction.

      Due to discovering all the horrible reviews about this company, I have requested a charge-back through my credit card provider. They did not respond to me for a week until I brought this to their attention and then without even acknowledging the issue, moved my order into the next processing stage. Their customer service is non existent, and I will not be subject to the long drawn out situations they routinely put their paying customers in. I am demanding a full refund or I will be taking Dack Outdoors to court.

      DACK not deliver. I notified them the day they were 30 days late. They asked if wanted to wait another week or if I wanted a refund. I replied I wanted a refund.       They returned my money via a credit card I had cancelled. I cancelled it the year before I made this purchase because of fraud.  I will not do business with them again. It took reporting them to the FBI for wire fraud. I finally got the money from the cancelled card, but every attempt was made not to make proper payment to the card I used and was currant at the time. They take your money hoping you will forget the order. I did not trust them the moment they made the charge to my account before shipping the order.

      Purchased February 1, 2024. Shipping before 30 days never happened. Asked for refund second week of March, was told it will take five working days, never happened and still waiting for refund. No merchandise and no refund.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears as though the order was marked as refunded in our ordering system on 3/12/24 but the refund was not pushed through our merchant bank provider. We apologize for this inconvenience. A team member noticed this issue yesterday, on 3/21/24, and pushed that refund through manually. If you do not see the refund on your end by Monday, please reach back out to use so we can look into this further. Again, thank you for notifying us of this issue.

      I purchased an item from Dack outdoors for $498.51 on January 26th. I cancelled the order of Feb6 and they committed to refunding me the full amount. The merchandize was never shipped either. Attaching an email from February 6th from Dack stating that they would not charge a 5% penalty fee and would cancel the order and will be refunded in full to the original payment method. But as of today, March 18th, I have not received the refund. Also attaching other emails showing I have contacted Dack Outdoors for my refund February 13th, February 19th, February 21st, and March 4th. Would like my refund back.

      We are very sorry that this was overlooked. It does look like you indicated you were making a credit card dispute at one point. Our store policy is not to issue refunds when a dispute has been made because it can create a double refund in certain circumstances and complicates the dispute process. Having said that, our support rep did indeed say they were going to refund the order and that did not happen so we're glad that you brought this to our attention. This order has been refunded in full today back to the original payment method. We apologize once more for the confusion and inconvenience.

      This company is running a scheme where they allow customers to place orders and say it may take up to thirty days for items to ship. Their excuse is:that they're a small family business. I gave them a chance but even after thirty days they have no intention on shipping or processing orders as was my case and many others. They are acting as a bank holding money. If they hold a few customers money and have no intentions on sending out products they are making a profit through interest on their bank account. This is no different than a ponzi scheme!

      We show this customer's only order as being shipped, less one item that could not be filled. That item was refunded in full. Statements about our company stating that we are running a scheme is libel. Our customers either get their items or they get a refund. We are a small business. Our company holds ZERO interest-bearing bank accounts. In fact, we incur costs the moment a customer submits an order on our website that we do not recover, even if we refund the order. This is because we are charged a transaction fee by the consumer's credit card company on every order.

      I placed an order on 5/31/2023 for a number of items, including ammunition and a variety of firearms accessories. DACK Outdoors promises to ship within 30 days or offer a full refund to the original payment method. Moreover, they are legally required to do so by ***** *********** ******** ******* *** *******r. Approximately 1 week before the 30-days was up, I emailed DACK and informed them that if the order was not in the carrier's hands by day 30, which was June 30, 2023, I would like a full refund to the original payment method. DACK representative, Brooklyn, informed me that she would gladly issue me a full refund to my original payment method if the order was not in the carrier's hands by June 30, 2023. On 6/28 I received an email that DACK never had one of the items I had ordered and thus would not be sending that item. That in itself is unacceptable as I, like most people, ONLY ordered from DACK because they said they had ALL of them items in stock. Ordering from multiple merchants means additional shipping charges. June 30 then came and went with no shipment and no refund. I emailed DACK several times during during the past week with the latest email being this morning and received no response from them. DACK took my $569.53 and failed to shjp the order out within the promised and legally required timeframe. Moreover, they failed to issue me a full refund to my original payment method, again, as promised and as is legally required.

      I waited 44 days to receive an order for about $458 worth of various items (ten or so different things) from their online store. Instead of merchandise, I received a piece of torn cardboard box (still had my address on it) from the ****, because this company did a very poor packing job. When I notified them, they promised to investigate/resolve the issue. They never did, so I had to spend more of my valuable time initiating a credit card dispute, and enduring insulting emails from this company (one accusing me of theft). Today, I finally received notification from my credit card company that my refund is officially complete. More than 4 MONTHS after I had the misfortune of ordering from their online store. The WORST company I have ever done business with.

      Hi *******, it looks like we have at least 10 support tickets from you which unfortunately didn't help us with trying to keep 
      everything organized. We indeed shipped the items to you in perfect condition and **** damaged it. We did explain this
      to you in one of the support tickets you sent in, but you would not accept that and continued to blame us for it. Once
      a charge back was issued on your end, it stops us from being able to refund you per our merchant account provider's rules.
      We definitely take some responsibility for not being able to more quickly organize the many support tickets you had sent,
      but at the end of the day you ended up with a refund while we lost the cost of the order, the cost of the order contents,
      and a $25 charge back fee. Nevertheless, we're sorry for the sour taste this left in your mouth and for any inconvenience
      caused by ****'s mishandling of the package.

      On February 3, 2023 I purchased a *********** **** *** ***** from Dack Outdoors for $1570.99 and on March 1, 2023 I was informed that my order could not be filled due to an inventory discrepancy. However, the rifle I ordered is still listed on Dack Outdoors website only for a much higher price ($2100.00). What appears to have happened is that Dack Outdoors received a 1 month interest free loan from me. I did a bit more research on Dack Outdoors and it turns out they have done this to many people (see ******* ********************************************************************************** I am filing complaints with the better business bureau, chamber of commerce, and will file a report with local and federal law enforcement regarding this. ** ******* ********

      We have already responded to this customer via the other platforms they chose to issue complaints on. As we stated in those responses, *** ******** was issued a full refund back to his original payment method when we were made aware that the item he ordered had an inventory discrepancy. We also notified him of this discrepancy and the full refund via email. *** ******** then replied to us that we re-listed the same item on our website at a higher price, which is not true. *** ******** had ordered an item with UPC code ************ and the item that he sent us a screenshot of in which he alleges is the same item has a UPC code of ************. These are two different items, so *** ********'s allegations of us trying to re-list the item at a higher $ amount is simply untrue. We apologized for the inconvenience caused by the inventory discrepancy and issued the prompt, full refund.
