This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wrote them 10 letters to get my money back, they wrote me one letter with the text "we will now check the status of your order" and after that they disappeared again, I wrote them 10 letters again but they disappeared and do not answer! I made an order from them and only then read the reviews, do not make my mistakes, this is a company of scammers and irresponsible people!

Best price available on my purchase by 8% out the door. Process of payment, Email, shipping, FFL distribution was reasonable, about 14 days. Thanks DACK Team. I’ll absolutely surf the DACK site when making my next purchase. T. From Ohio

I order a firearm over a month ago and have still not received it. Can you help me on the status?

I didn't have any issues but then I didn't have an immediate need for my item like others below me. I actually have patience maybe it arrives with age? I was surprised with shipping might take a bit but as I mentioned I was in no hurry on my build. Part arrived well packaged and was exactly what I was looking for. Also it was far cheaper than anyone else on web, including shipping. problem today is social media and zero patience. seems like people want it NOW! maybe you should do a walk in instead of online?

I shop at Dack because of their prices I buy products from Dack that I'm in no hurry to receive The savings is worth the wait And to the customers complaining about shipping times You should have read and understood the 30 day disclaimer before ordering

It’s all explained up front for you dummies complaining about the wait time. It will take time, give-take 30 days, to deliver a purchase. It’s why you get the best deal, duh. Never have I had an issue with Dack. Always got my order at the best price.

Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Be warned, read all the negative reviews elsewhere. Dack outdoors is a scam! Don't even think about doing business with them.

I placed an order for two items from Dack on 4/1/24 totalling $278.72. At the time of purchase there was an agreement I had to accept that stated my order may take up to 30 days to ship and if I canceled my order I'd be charged a fee. My credit card was charged for the full amount when I placed the order. On 4/29/24 I received an email that my order status had changed to “processing”. Dack held my money for 29 days before even beginning to process my order. On 5/2/24 I messaged customer service asking why my order hadn't shipped in the agreed upon 30 day window. They replied a day later assuring me that my order has been expedited and would ship very soon. I waited another 5 days and my order still hadn't shipped. On 5/7/24 I contacted them asking for a refund. They promised me it would ship the following day if I wanted to wait, and I said no I wanted a refund. On 5/9/24 they told me a refund had been issued and I would receive it on my credit card in 5 business days. I contacted them again on 5/20/24 to let them know I hadn't received a refund. On 5/22/24 the refund showed up on my credit card. Based on my experience with this company I believe something sketchy is going on at Dack. They held my money for 29 days before even beginning to process my order, then held my money for an additional 21 days after my order was supposed to have shipped. They make a big deal about the agreement you sign with them to place an order, then they ignore their own agreement and don't actually ship your item. They claim their extremely long shipping times are because of their low prices, but there are numerous other retailers with comparable pricing that process and ship your order immediately. I will not do business with Dack again, and can't recommend anyone else ever do business with them either. TL;DR: Dack charges you at the time of purchase and doesn't even begin "processing" your order until the end of their 30 day shipping window. Don't let them sit on your money.
