I paid to have my truck aligned by Perryville tire. When I have to have other work done to it from ******* they said there is no possible way that this truck has ever been aligned. When I called Perryville tire they never got back to me and when they finally did they said they don’t keep records and we just need to believe what he is telling me.

**** ****** (*******'s husband) called our shop requesting a copy of the alignment specifications performed on his truck 6/24/2022.  Mr. ****** was informed that we do not keep copies of alignment specifications beyond six months.  Six months is our warranty period for alignments and the industry benchmark.  Mr. ****** stated that another shop had attempted to do work including an alignment on the vehicle but could not complete this work because they were unable to loosen rusted components.  Mr. ****** was advised to bring the vehicle to our location for a free check of the alignment and parts in question.  Mr. ****** refused to bring his vehicle until a copy of the previous alignment specifications could be provided.

Upon receiving the notice from BBB (we did not receive copy of the original letter), we reached out to Mr. ****** and all calls have been forwarded to voicemail.  No messages have been returned.  In Mr. ******'s statement of the problem, he indicates his desired settlement is for us to "finish the job."  In an effort to satisfy Mr. ******, we would be happy to perform a free alignment of the vehicle.

I would like to get my money back from this company for repairs that were not done correctly. I had to ask for my alignment papers five times. They kept me out of a vehicle for 3 weeks and I would like my money back to get my car repaired correctly.

Mr. ********* brought his vehicle to our shop for multiple repairs.  These repairs were to be authorized and paid for by a third party insurance company.  Mr ********* was responsible for a $100 deductible on all repairs covered and approved by his insurance company.  Any additional work was the sole responsibility of Mr. *********.

Repairs on this vehicle were delayed due to multiple factors beyond our control.  This included:  waiting on authorization from the insurance company, waiting on parts not locally available that were sourced from the manufacturer, and additional work requested by Mr. ********* after we started repairs.

A copy of the alignment specifications was requested by and provided to his insurance company on completion of repairs as a routine part of the approval process.  Mr. ********* was provided with a personal copy.  If Mr. ********* is no longer in possession of his copy, a copy is still on file and can be made available to him.

Mr. *********’s insurance company has paid for their portion of the repairs. These repairs represent the majority of the work completed and were those covered and authorized by their company.  Mr. ********* has paid for his $100 deductible on those repairs and the additional work he requested.  It should be noted that Mr. ********* initially did not want to pay his deductible and that it should be ‘rolled into’ or ‘included in’ charges to his insurance company.

When Mr. ********* contacted us and made us aware that he was unhappy with his repairs, he was invited to bring his vehicle to us for a review and examination of his concerns. We have not received a response from Mr. ********* prior to the receipt of this complaint.  It is our conviction that all repairs were made professionally and in good faith. We are unable to refund the cost of repairs, particularly those that have been paid for by the third party insurance company.  We are still interested in addressing his original concerns.
