  Firstly this person says they are BBB accredited on their website which turns out is definitely not the case. Secondly his website uses stock photos and is passing them off as his own work. The issue with this company is it multiple weeks to get back to me about doing the job. Day of the job, shows up 3 hours late and "refinished" a clawfoot tub in 3 hours. The tub has areas of paint missing, texture all over where he did not sand the tub properly, and runs galore in it. When confronted about he told us it was because the tub was refinished in an area that was not climate controlled. Very true that that can happen. But he never disclosed to us before doing this that it was a possibility it could run and maybe it should be done inside. Tried to pay him 2 times, but he does not have a bank he does business with so he could not cash the check. Paid him on ****** and again has some excuse for "not receiving" payment. It clearly says complete on ******. We are having to have the work he did completely stripped away and done correctly by and actual professional.

  There is nothing wrong with bathtub. I have pictures of tub and the pictures they show are fine. I had to pay my worker for preping and material is top high for them to receive a refund. I think bathtub looks good!

  You can look at the pictures and see the tub does not look "good". You will never take responsibility for the tub and the unprofessional job you did as evidenced by the many conversations we have already had. You continue to blame something else besides taking ownership of the problem. Not that you care at all but we will never do business with you again and never reccomend that everyone else do the same.

  I have pictures and if it was wrong that why did he pay for the job. Your husband saw it and paid. He wasn't on the check and paid for it. I had to pay my worker and material. And you want it free. I drove a hour away. It's wrong to try to say something wrong to get out of paying. The pictures speak for themselves.
