We paid them $15K to put ************ in various spots on our property. It was supposed to be put down so all water would run towards a sewer drain. Original work was done in 6/2020. Not long after, there was buckling and cracks started to form. They returned in 7/2021 to repair. Our issue is with the repair. Asphalt was put down and directed water towards our building instead of the drain. There is a big hump in front of our building and when it rains, water is directed towards our building. The standing water measurers 1.5" deep against our building/man door/garage door and floods our warehouse. I sent repeated text messages/pics/videos from ************* to the manager who did the work (*****). He promised to return to correct the issue, and always replied. By 6/2022, we were losing our patience as he kept promising to return, but always pushing us off. Eventually, he stopped responding and I learned that he left the business in early/mid June. In late June and early July, I spoke to ****** twice and she promised **** would be out to inspect our issue. He did not call or show up when promised. Most recently, I have called on 7/22, 7/29, and 8/3 and left voicemails with no return call. I emailed ************************************************************************ on 7/28, and have not gotten a response. This issue has been going on for a year now. We would like the asphalt repaired/redone so water will drain to the sewer and is not directed towards our building.Business response
