On March 2, 2023 We went in to have our tires changed and this is what happened. Our car was dropped on the lift knocking our fender up out of alignment causing the door to rub the fender, dented and scuffed up our running board as well as breaking one of the bolts straight off, popped off and damaged the plastic on our door and the manager **** insisted we let him fix it there rather than issue me a check, a refund on my tires or pay the trusted body shop's quote. I didn't trust him since he kept it hush hush from the manager, made the excuse that anything can cause a car to slip including the wind. Any mechanic will tell you they improperly put the car on the rack and that's what happened. He also blamed the wind for popping off our plastic on our door. We have ate the cost of fixing our car and just living with our running board that needs replaced. Because we would rather have a damaged running board than whatever other damage this company would have done had we let them touch it again. I've seen reviews from others and complaints and after seeing their photos I feel we got off easy and I hope there's not further damage to our car that no one can see. I feel at the minimum I deserve my tire transaction from that day refunded since that's how much the running board will cost to replace. I obviously will not be returning to take advantage of the very minimum road hazard they offered.
