I placed an order for personalized beanies in September of 2021 totaling $318. I contacted the business by ******** messenger and was told that they had to be reordered because something was wrong with the patches this was on January 23 2022. I did not hear back so I messaged her again on June 25 2022 and asked for a refund. She again did not get back to me so I went to her page where she sells things on September 7 2022 and asked her how I could get in contact with her about an order that was placed almost a year ago. She then messaged me back and said she would look into it and get back with me ASAP. She did not get back with me so I messaged her again on September 15. She still has not responded. I just want my refund of $318.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: March 29, 2021 Amount of $$: $127.00 (includes $7 shipping) Business committed to provide: Style A Size S Lululemon Align 7/8 Set and Style I Size S Lululemon Align 7/8 Set Nature of Dispute: The business has not delivered the two items that I have already paid for. I have reached out to business multiple times using Facebook post, Facebook Messenger and email to inquire of the products and then I finally asked for a refund. Specifically, I sent the owner an email on June 14 and again on July 14. There has been no response from the business about my purchase, which leads me to believe they are a scam operation. On one of Facebook post when she was selling another item I did inquire about the order and I was then blocked from using the AnnaLee Boutique Facebook site for approximately 1 month. Thus that action acknowledged that they knew they had a customer looking for a product. I uploaded two documents as evidence of the invoice and what I communicated to the business. Resolution by business: The business has not reached out to me saying the product is on backorder or anything and when I did reach out to them I received no response. Account/Order: Invoice #****** As noted below, I would desire a refund of my money, but also it isn't ethically right that this business can operation in this fashion and continue to take $$ from customers with no response. The business is connected to ******* ***** and ***** *****, per the admin information on their Facebook page, also provided link to Facebook Page, https://www.facebook.com/groups/AnnaLeeBuyIns/about
