            On May 15 or 16 I went to Living Well in ************, ** to apply for a renewal of my medical mariquania licence. He took some information from me and charged me $125. I gave him a check. Then after 2 weeks I should have called him to see if it was in, but I forgot and I had plenty of medicne. It was on Monday, June 12 that I called him around 12 or 1pm. He said he needed my social security number. I asked him why I am just now hearing of this. He said it was his fault and he apoligized. He said he was going camping and was leaving at 3pm. I told him I did not know if I could be there by then. I hurried and got there at 2:10pm and he was gone. A lady who was a neighbor in the building said to have me fill out a paper. I told her to tell him that I want my money back. Today, June 15, I went into his office and no one was there. I asked the lady who I told that I wanted my money back if she knew where he was. She went outside. He came in and he told me that the could not give me all of my money back because he paid the doctor. He gave me $75. It was his fault and he needs to pay me back $50 he still owes me. Please help.
