I first hired Priest Electric in September, 2021. I hired him to run a permanent plug for the camper, beside the meter. The camper is on my property. And a temporary breaker and power to my water pump. He was to come back and run new electrical cable to the pump house and put a 200 amp box on the outside of the front building (there are two) and run the electric from the meter to both buildings to equally distribute the electric to both buildings. He came back but he didn't do the work specified. He did the first part (pump house and front building). He was to take the breaker box from the front building and install it into the pump house and provide an outlet. He was to provide a larger breaker box also in the front building. He took the 30 amp from the camper and installed a outlet on the front building. There is no 200 amp there. He charged me for the 30 amp that I already had. My power went out when he was there. When this happened, he kept working. My appliances were without power all day (I had just been to the store.). He left. I called him. He put a 20 amp breaker for my camper and that's not powerful enough. He claimed there was a short, but there wasn't. I was living in the camper. It was like being inside a tin can. He came back out and changed the breaker to 30 amp. He charged me for that, and it was already paid for. He was angry. He started doing really shoddy work. The only electric outlet he put in was in my kitchen area. No other outlet. I had to hire someone else to finish my kitchen. He was supposed to make sure the electric was working in both buildings. The outlets outside are not working. I paid him $750 for the first part. The second part $7500 was paid to him and he didn't complete the work. When I called him about the incomplete work, he said the completed everything that he said he was going to do.
