I have purchased a set of tires on credit through the company and am currently making payments on them. The company is harassing me after making payment arrangements. I stay in contact with them and try to answer their calls but they still continue to call my references and come to residence when I miss one phone call. I have told them multiple times to stop calling my references, if they would be patient and let me return their call, I would contact them and then discuss options for arrangements to pay or make my payment. My account is currently 12 days late, even though I made payment arrangements with the company 2 days ago to get my payment taken care of for the month. Then they have still continued calling me.

Client gave permission to contact references and go by address on file according state regulations, client is 30 days behind as of today and was scheduled to pay on Monday 7/31/23 by 5pm. Client provided parents address and they have stated that is not his primary residence. Client agreed to payment terms per the agreement and has not paid on time one time since he entered into the rental agreement.
