I was receiving treatment for my tooth. My dentist kept rescheduling my appointments for several months. I finally cancelled and asked for a refund for the work not yet started/completed. It’s been 1.5 months and no refund, no calls returned from an office manager, nothing. I’m left with a half ground tooth in my mouth causing me issues.Business response

The above attached documentation reflects the initial call to GMHC by complaint requesting a full refund for services on 02/08/22. This request was submitted to administration for approval on 03/15/22 and approved for payment on 03/18/22. Accounts payable process this request on 03/21/22 as follows:
