            Concrete poured on 9/20/2023. No issue with concrete/patio, however, the corner of the house’s aluminum siding was damaged. I would characterize the damage as slight, a dent and a dent/crease. I don’t expect it can be repaired, frankly I don’t know what a reasonable resolution looks like, which is why this complaint could have been avoided if the company had returned my contacts attempts. I simply wanted to have a conversation about my siding. If a billing adjustment is appropriate I would appreciate that, but again the damage is not significant so I don’t know what’s fair. I waited until 2/29/24 to finally post my review on ******. The company then responded with false claims of work and conversations that blatantly did not occur. I am highly concerned about the false information provided in their written response to my review. I don’t expect anything can be done about that either, it’s just a very negative experience.

            100 years of what? Customer service? No. Had a contact signed and waited over a month for them to come out for polyjacking. Day before service was to be done I hear nothing. I call and they say that they cancelled my contract. They offered no reason why. They never reached out and let me know they cancelled. Take your service elsewhere. Especially if you’re going to spend thousands of dollars. You cannot trust a company to polyjack a driveway if they can’t even reach out to you.
