            My husband and I bought a car from Strickland auto for $1900 in September on the 28th. The power steering was supposedly under warranty. Part of the power steering we found out is bad. We found this out a few months ago. We called them to replace it. They had not called me back. I drove up there a few times to resolve the problem. They have yet to fix it or call me to tell me they have the part.

            I purchased a 2007 *** from ******* last week. My wife and I have been searching for a vehicle that would be used to pull our small industrial/utility trailer out to the recycle dump. Candidly, the 2007 *** was a lot better condition, and available for a great price than we expected. We are pleased with the purchase, and with the professionalism of the staff. The purchase was simple to complete, the information provided about the *** was accurate, and the promises made were kept. I am not a person who recommends many businesses. I expect a business to treat me fairly, and to be trustworthy. However, when a business goes above and beyond expectations, I believe they should be acknowledged. I strongly encourage my family and friends to visit Strickland Automotive; if they have the vehicle you desire, I believe you will be satisfied with the way you are treated! **********
