We have communicated with the customer via email. He sent in a mail order and unfortunately, we had sold out of one of the plants that he wanted. We contacted him and told him that we had issued a merchandise credit for the sold out item. He can use this credit towards a future order. This is our company policy.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated originally, this a ploy to receive more $ from the customer. Why would I give more business to a unscrupulous seller. They have not completed the original order. The demand should not be to the buyer. The demand should be to the seller. I am filing this complaint to warn other prospective buyers.

I ordered 10 BOGO Firewheel Indian Blanket Flower plants that where $5 each so should have gotten 20 plants @ $50. I was charged $50 but only received 10 plants and can't get customer assistance. I have my order invoice which clearly shows they where BOGO.Business response

I placed my original order and received it on March 31. I received 2 incorrect items. I called 1st thing on April 3rd to let them know. The lady I spoke to took down the name of the person that incorrectly packaged my items. She told me I would receive my corrected items in 5-7 days. Here we are 7 business days later and no product. I called and spoke with 3 different ladies about the issue(one was the manager ***.) She said they would not ship out until a week from now. She said other orders were in front of mine. I let her know this was not my original order, but a corrected order from their mistake and it was supposed to arrive today. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of truth and customer service. My product should have been here weeks ago. Yet here we are with nothing.Business response

When we set up a replacement, the order goes into the queue and typically will be processed for shipping within 7-10 business days. We tried to explain this to the customer, however she would not listen & ended up hanging up. We will go ahead and get the order shipped today.Customer response
