My husband purchased some perfume from essence perfume in the ******************** mall, for my birthday. When I open the package, it was the wrong perfume inside the bottle. I took it back to the stand and showed the sales lady. She said she can not exchange it without a receipt. I informed her that my husband bought it for a birthday present. She said she cant do anything without the receipt. I proceeded to show her the perfume and informed her that it is suppose to be pink and not brown. She looked at it for a while and she that is strange but I cant do anything for you. I showed her a picture of what the perfume is suppose to look like and informed her that this some kind of fraud and false advertisement. She said she does understand but her boss will not let her do anything. I wanted to speak with the boss put she informed me that they was not there at the moment. I have emailed the company almost a week ago and havent got any responses.Business response
