My water bill is going up every month and I still can not view what I am being charge on line. Everytime I call they say to look at it on line but everytime I log in it does not work or says balance $0 I just want to know what I am being charge and it seems no matter what I do they will not tell me they just say you can see it online. Well no you cant if the website never works. I can not upload any documentation because all that comes on the water bill it the amount owed not what the charges are for.Business response

After reviewing the complaint, it appears that the customer is having trouble accessing the website that provides up-to-the minute information about water usage. While we do not maintain the website, we are happy to assist her in any way needed. She can both call to have the website information read over the phone, or we will walk her through the steps to get the information needed to understand why her water usage (and bill) are going up.
We will also be happy to review her physical water bill to show her where the usage is indicated. The "disputed amount" shown can also be reviewed and discussed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have asked them to credit the 70 in late fees which they said where late fees. Then she said she can not credit useage and I explained she said they were late fees not usage then she changed her story. I was told by the city clerk Chandler he would take care of this and he never did. He is no longer there anymore and now they just keep gpoing back and fourth. I have had the water bill read to me and that is when she said it was late fees then changed her story. I have followed their instructions several times and each time I log in to the billing it says I have a 0 balance. My water bill magically went from 40 to 60 and is now averaging over 90 a month with no way to see why. I just want the late fees they said they would take care of taken care of. I have never had issues in my 3 years of living here until now.
