I paid over $16,000 to do a fencing project. It was a barbwire and T-post fence along the driveway. It is a livestock fence. The crew he sent to do it did not meet welding standards. The t-posts are pulling out of the ground because they didn&#**;t clip them. They agreed to come back and fix all of this. I have been calling since January 1, 2024. I requested all the receipts. They left a hole when they did the head gate. The pipe pieces were cut too short, and they tried to fill it in with weld. The coping was backwards. They did not have supervision. They were not measuring. They had to cut a pipe down to the ground that they cemented in. They left it wide open. I have live stock on the property that can be injured by this. There is a huge gap on the livestock gate to the pipe fence. A calf could get out through it. I am losing money from cattle that are not on my property until this is fixed. He did also did a well house. I will probably have to replace the whole well house. It leaked all the way around. Water got down into tiny cracks in the slab. When we had the hard freeze, it cracked my foundations. They were only supposed to replace the roof. When I got home, the whole well house was on the ground. This should have been a $1200 roof house now cost $6500. They are aware that it is leaking. They are returning calls at this point.

      Business response

I am responding to Christie ******* complaints. 1) The fencing job, I told her upfront that I do not do fencing, but I gave a recommendation to do the job. She hired them and constantly complained to me about the work they were doing, and I reminded her that I have nothing to do with the fencing. When they were done with the fence, she demanded that I came out and fixed what she was unhappy with I told her to call the ones who done the fence and she said they wouldn't answer her call. So, I called them, and they said she told them to leave before they could finish the job and she didn't want them back on her property that she would have me finish the job. while they were there doing the job she was constantly changing what they had agreed on and again I told her I do not do fencing.2) the well house. We agreed to replace the well house roof for $1200.00 when we took the old roof off the block walls one of the walls fell down due to the age of it and the heat from the fire. I talked to her about building a new one and she agreed. The $6500.00 was to build a new well house as well as replace the floor in her laundry room, fix the duct work under her house, and replace two runs of siding on the back of her house. the cracks in the well house floor were already there I even offered to patch them, and she said it was not necessary that it has been cracked for years so we left them, the water getting in under the walls I have no idea what she is talking about there we sealed the seal boards with caulking before we stood the walls. I told her the last time I talked to her that as soon as I had a chance to get over to her house, I would check the well house walls but every time I have contacted her to schedule a time and date she always cancels because of personal reasons. So, I don't know what else to tell you about this complaint other than she is upset that I told her I don't have time to run to her house every weekend just to talk and to do honey does for her. I have made numerous trips over to her house to talk to insurance adjusters and answer her questions and never charged her. So, this complaint is a bogus attempt to get back at me for not doing any more work for her.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have written estimates from **************** for fencing. I also have texts and voicemails from **************** saying he would be over to fix the fence and we'll house, and he never scheduled a time to come over. I never cancelled an appointment with him. He never came over when the insurance adjuster was here, but did take a phone call to answer questions. My adjuster will confirm this. They replaced duct work using flexible with insulation, after I told them they would need to use rigid, due to it being a crawl space, with mice. I still have pink insulation coming through my vents, which is causing health issues. Also, the floor in the laundry room is already sagging, and I had to have other work re-done, due to it not being done properly or to code. Have photos and videos, showing issues. The "new" well house is just a shell, not attached to foundation, with water blowing under the frame every rain... it's that water that filled the same cracks that have been there for over 50 years without any issues, then froze, expanding, and causing the cracks to increase in size to the point that the plumbing is in danger of being damaged. I have the same well house man for over a decade, and he will provide proof. Basically, everything ***********************, and his crew from True Cut,  will need to be repaired or replaced. Respectfully, Christie ************************************************************************************************ style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-family: "Segoe UI", "Segoe UI Web (West European)", "Segoe UI", -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">
