I put a $300 deposit on a puppy 4/10/2021 for next available lilac French Bulldog. The website did state it was nonrefundable, but could be transferred to any available puppy or given back to me in a non expiring gift card for their store Frenchies Naturally.I eventually decided to get the gift card for the store due an unexpected surgery I had to have.I was issued the non expiring gift card for $300 via email for Frenchies Naturally.A few months later I saw a puppy I was interested in and had the $300 gift card put towards the puppy which was priced at $5300, but when I had the puppy checked out it was ill and tested positive for Parvo.I immediately called ****** from TheFrenchBulldog who i purchased and picked up the puppy from in Colorado Springs. She had her husband ******* met me in Castle Rock Colorado to pick up the puppy and issue me $5000 back. In the next couple months The French Bulldog website was on maintenance mode, so I decided to use my $300 gift card to purhcase items from Frenchies Naturally. I made 2 orders and received confirmation of order via email. I hadn't heard anything so I contacted ****** via email and text and she said she had no orders with my order number. I sent her screen shots of my order confirmation and she said she no longer works with The FrenchBulldog and has no contact with her mom *****, who is the owner of The French Bulldog. She gave me her number and told me to ask her for a refund, but to text her because she hardly answers her phone. I texted ***** * ************ and explained how I tried to use my gift card but couldn't and ****** told me to contact her regarding a refund. ***** was responding immediately until I told her I was no longer interested in another puppy and would like a refund since I can't use my deposit toward FrenchiesNaturally like her website stated when I put my deposit down. My last text to ***** 12/30/2021@ 12:25pm and haven't heard back.I received an email12/31/2021 with pics of ******&fam from TFB
