  I hired ***** ****** to install a vinyl privacy fence. He told me he had put some in before, we discussed how they are constructed. He then said I needed to pay him 1/2 up front so he can order materials, I did that. I then added on another section as my property line ended up being an issue so gave him 1/2 for that section to order more materials. Once the entire job was supposedly completed he asked for the remainder. I did pay the entire bill for the first section even though he still had stuff to come back and fix. He promised me that he would. Unfortunately when he said the job was complete there were numerous things still not completed right. I told him I would pay him the remainder that I owed him, $1,300.00 after he came and fixed what I wasn’t pleased with. He gave numerous excuses on why these things had to be done the way he did them. I have since had someone else out, now that my fence has literally fallen down in places which started less than a month of him completing this project, the person I had out also pointed out more problems with his construction. I’m absolutely disgusted in his work. I can’t even leave my dog in my backyard of fear that she will get out, and I can’t trust to let my son play in the backyard either. These were the reasons I paid to have this fence built in the first place. I can’t believe someone can lie and take advantage of someone like they did. It’s only letting me attach a picture but I have numerous more pictures that show the awful work.

  Hello again, ma'am. I wish to start by saying this is an unfair, inaccurate, and one-sided review. From the start, we did our best to go above and beyond for you. We began, by grossly discounting this project to the point that it was free labor. We did that to help you because of the situation you explained you were in and we pride ourselves in serving others. We tried to recommend a fence that would fit your budget better, but you were adamant on this style of fence. We then explained, in person, that with that budget it wouldn't be possible to build that style of fence to the structural integrity it needed.

  When we completed the first project for you, which was the first section of fencing you gave it your approval. You then called us back to add in another section of fence because the side with the big gate went over your neighbors property line. We were more than happy to come serve you again because we care. When we scheduled to come back out you asked us to adjust the gate and we informed you then that it would most likely cause issues relating to the previous issues of structural integrity due to project budget issues. Yet, you still wanted us to do it.

  We were even out there in the cold and rain adding in your new section to make sure that you were taken care of because we care. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for people and helping as much as possible. Everything seemed okay until it came time to pay for the last section. Which was also grossly discounted to help you out. Our mission is to be the ones serving others and helping them get what they need. It hurts tremendously that we can't please everyone, but we will continue to do our best to achieve that goal. We only wish the best for you.
