      I hired this company to fix drainage problem, Landscape and sprinkler system. He spent three and a half months in my backyard March 2022 until July 2022. Here's what I got the same if not worse drainage issue,  grass in back yard is uneven with holes throughout.  He never wrote anything down had multiple conversations about what we wanted and he was oblivious.  Crew showed average time 11am average amount of time spent on job over three and a half months was 3 hrs a day that's with about a month of rain in there. When they put in irrigation they had to go back in and fixed serious leak at the backflow box. Sprinkler heads were not positioned in the area correctly. System quite working after three weeks. We were so frustrated with the poor management and quality of the work we did not want him back on our property. We had three different irrigation companies come in and they all said the cheapest product were used and questions about the way the job was done. When they were done three and a half months later my wife was  outside and notice water flooding in the street she went to the city service box and the back flow box they were both flooded. I shut off the valves to the sprinkler water kept coming. I had to call the city to shut my water off and they said I need to call a plumber to fix the leak because we didn't know where it was coming from so I did. When everything was done the plumber found that the T fittings he used to splice into my main water line had broke in half they were not correct for underground use because of corrosion and being in a wet environment. They had not put any gravel in the box to stabilize the pipes. He gave me no Paperwork that mentioned warranty but he wanted to fix it. He's not a plumber this poor workmanship cost me $1900 which he said he will not reimburse me for. I just want the $1,900. Refunded to me.

      The original job only consisted of a berm along the back fence to help divert water from new construction project behind property. While working on the berm, the homeowners decided to add irrigation to their yard. While adding drain pipe through the back yard, it was discovered that there were only about 2 inches of topsoil. So we excavated a large area to get rid of the clay in the back yard with only limited access. This was a lengthy process, because we couldn't fit a dump truck into their back yard. When installing the irrigation, we used the same quality of parts as other contractors use in our area. These products are supplied by our wholesalers. They are the same products/parts that we use on million dollar homes, and have had zero call backs. Several verbal discussions about warranty had been had with the client.There was less that 6 inches of fall in their back yard which was already less than building code mandates, so a conversation was had with Mark & Tammy. I told them there might be a small amount of ponding, but with the added topsoil it should be much less than previously and if there was still an issue, to contact us and we would try to work through any problems. Irrigation heads were placed in areas for adequate head to head coverage. Multiple times while we were still on site, we had customer complaint that the irrigation was not working. Only to find client had adjusted the controller without asking for direction and before being instructed on how to make adjustments. Therefore, it completely shut the system down. We were never contacted about any water leaks, broken lines or drainage issues that would have been covered with the 1 year warranty until after the plumber had showed up and worked on a warranted product. The fittings that were used was suggested by our wholesaler. When water was found coming out of the irrigation backflow box, most people would call the irrigation contractor, instead of a plumber. Since this would have been warranted, if we would have been called. It would have been a no cost repair, we do not feel that we are responsible for the clients reimbursement, due to not being contacted and him using a plumber for the repair.

      I received a estimate from this man ***** at church landscaping to perform work at a $150 dollars a hr. This company came out worked 2 hours was paid $400 on a promise to return to complete my project, ***** will not respond you cannot leave a message on his voicemail and text are as follows I’m squeezing you in I’ll be there, never showed up. Only time he came was at 900 pm at night tore up my ranch yard dropped trees made a mess never returned

      This consumer was quoted $150.00 per hour for our service, we also explained we were booked and would fit him in at our earliest convenience, he agreed to our offer and we told him we would call as soon as we could get him scheduled. The very next day the consumer started calling and leaving multiple messages about starting the project. I finally told him I could get out that way but  it would be after 8pm, we showed up as promised and worked 2 hours, which was $300.00, the consumer gave us $400.00 stating the extra was for our travel expense and kindness of fitting him in. We agreed to come back and do additional work when we could fit it in our schedule, again the next day the consumer started harassing us and calling multiple times at all hours of day and night demanding extra work to be done, then after several days he texted stating he did not want our services and not to contact him anymore. We provided the service we were paid to do, any additional work that could have been done would have been invoiced separately. We did not provide or were paid for any additional services outside of the 2 hours of service that was completed at time of his payment.

      I am rejecting this response because: that’s a total lie he showed up at 9 PM at night kept my family awake until 11 PM at night which was two hours he was paid $400 with a promise to come back he took on the job and failed to finish providing services he promised I have several witnesses here they can attest to that as for leaving him messages you cannot leave him messages his voicemail box is full if you do get a hold of him he will promised him come back and never does this went on for weeks and weeks and yes I got frustrated because he left the project at 11 PM at night in a mess and never completed what he was paid for he did not complete what he said he would and what I paid for ask for him getting messages highly unlikely there’s no way to get a hold of the guy and he doesn’t return tax very unprofessional makes promises to clients he cannot keep takes money but offers to come back and promises to come back which he does not and you cannot get a hold of him when you take on a project you complete it And you don’t come at 9 o’clock at night stay two hours tear up their yard leave it thrashed in piles and bundles and junk everywhere sticks bushes trees and never KeBlack in back to complete it cost me more to get somebody else To come complete his job he has several complaints on his Google page about doing the same thing to other clients which must be fact if you look on his Google page you’ll see he’s done this to other customers they have the basic same complaint I have starting a project not completing it taking money not completing the project promising to come back never coming back never returning calls never returning texts no contact no days no dates but shows up at 9 PM at night when people are in bed that’s disrespectful rude and very unprofessional and cost me a lot of money to have somebody come out here and bulldoze and clean up this area that he left Mallard Hannah look like a tornado hit it plus you got paid way more money with the promise to come back and never did
