We dropped our dogs off on Oct 10th. We had reserved a suite, as 1 of my dogs is dog reactive. They took my dogs from me the moment we walked in and took them to "meet the pack", KNOWING my dog was reactive. She was not given ANY of her anxiety meds while there.The pictures on their website showed the suite to be a nice room, with a couch. It was actually just a bare brick room. We went and bought dog beds for our girls. When we came back for them, 4 days later, the beds were severely pee stained and reeked so bad, we had to put them in garbage bags with air fresheners. We had to throw one of them away, it was so bad! There was not enough dog food missing from their bag, for them to have been fed 3x/day as we requested.My older dog didn't acknowledge me when I picked her up. She ran for the door and was scratching to get out.Both dogs are fully vaccinated, but my younger dog was so sick she refused food for several days and ran a really high fever. $600 vet bill later, she's on meds and doing better. The other is being tested right now for kennel cough and is ill.The building REEKS of urine! It was worse when we picked up our dogs. It was enough to make me gag! The dogs we DID see, the kennels were crammed in like sardines! This place is disgusting, and they neglect the animals there! They need to be investigated, but the Humane Society can't/ won't help.My dogs were in perfect health when we dropped them off. They are both quite ill from their stay. I want a full refund, due to the neglect they suffered!Business response
