I cannot say enough good things about **** and her crew. I knew I needed a new liner for my pool in the spring I contacted the company I have used to open and close my pool and asked when the best time would be to replace it. They said they were behind but it would only close my pool for 3 days in the summer or I could just wait until the fall and do it before I closed it. They said they would come out and give me an estimate. I never received the estimate and when I contacted them in the fall they stated they were too busy and suggested I call someone else. I called multiple contractors and was given many excuses such as it was too late in the year, it would take til next year to get the liner in to replace it etc. I went to my local pool supply store and explained my situation and they gave me **** Martins number. I am so glad they did. She told me more in the first 5 minutes of conversation than any of the other people I spoke with. She was so knowledgeable and timely she came out immediately gave me and estimate and did measurments. She kept in constant contact with me even when the manufacturer said they were behind and it would take extra time, she contacted me immediately. She kept me informed the entire time. **** and her crew came out and removed the old liner showed us all the areas that needed repair explained in detail what needed to be done. The liner came in they came out immediately and installed it. It is so beautiful and fits perfectly(this had to be custom made so her measurements were precise. We couldn't be happier her estimate was spot on, she did everything she said she would do. She even closed our pool for us. We have had this pool for 6 years and no one has been able to explain how the filter and everything works **** did that., She is fair and honest and professional. I would highly recommend her and her crew. We truly enjoyed working with **** and are so thankful to have met her. We love our pool and gained friends in the process!
