Dale's did a complete roofing job on my home June8, 2021. I had two leaks right from the beginning. My chimney leaked and the utility closet in the back where my hot water heater & central air unit is at has a terrible leak. I have had 6 visits to my home trying to stop these leaks. When the supervisor came out 4th of July weekend, he worked on the chimney. That leak has stopped. He was suppose to also fix the leak in the back that was coming in my utility room. He did not even approach it. I did not find that out until much later when he admitted to another supervisor that he did not even try to fix it on that visit, however he did not report it to the office and make sure someone else came out to do so. The next time it rained, it rained buckets in my closet. Another supervisor came out and showed me where the original roofing crew shingled over decayed decking and never said a word. Super made another repaired & promised me it was not going to leak. It is still leaking.Business response
