      I bought a 2016 **** fusion on December 29th 2024. The day after the head gasket blew, they fixed it, then the alternator went out. Has had a new radiator, oxygen sensor, water pump, fuel pump, fuel ****************** seals, new ************ BRAND new tires were all cupping and had to be replaced. My car is still currently u def ************* car will randomly die in the middle of the road while Im driving. I have almost been hit by so many cars due to this & I called the car lot to get it fixed. My car has been to the shop 9 times and a total amount of days adding up to over 1 month of owning the car, and the issue still is not fixed. They told me to record my car everytime its starting to die, I have done so & have atleast 20 different videos of it dying some back to back & they now tell me the videos dont matter. I went in yesterday and showed them the video and they said something is definitely wrong with it but then the mechanics & the ** told me there is nothing they can do because they dont know what it is. All they do is replace the alternator everytime and it doesnt change anything. I have had 3 alternators installed since owning the car and every alternator I get installed from then fails the voltage test. They will not fix it and it is still under warranty & when I spoke with them yesterday I asked for the owners name & phone number and they said Im not giving you that and walked inside. Im raising my 3 year old niece and I feel very unsafe putting her in my car as it does randomly and I dont want to get hit with her in here. As well that I drive 40+ miles to work and Ive had to call in at time because my car keeps dying.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have texted ************************* in regards that I was not able to make it in at the time agreed due to I worked nightshift and got home at 7am & had to get sleep to be back at work at 2pm. I messaged ******** to change the time & date that we meet to discuss options & he has responded to come in anytime and ask for ******* or ***** and he would come up to speak with me. That is after the fact that they came to my place of employment & repossessed my vehicle that I have never missed a payment on nor been late on a payment. They had me clean the car out and take my license plates off and then have blocked me from the business page. When the tow truck had taken my car I asked to see the repossession paper & they stated that I was not allowed to hold it & stated that I was late on a car payment. I have bank account proof that I have never missed a payment nor been late, as well as a calendar of dates that my car payments will fall on until my car is paid off & can show proof of both of those:) I have contacted the car lot to speak with ******* & ***. *** proceeded to tell me he had a customer just minutes before closing time and he would call me back tomorrow & never did. As well as *******, I asked to speak with her & they said she was busy they could take a message and I kindly asked them to have her call me back the following day & their response was absolutely & I as well never received a call from her. If the said car lot can make things right on their end & give me all the money back that I have paid for the 2016 **** fusion & DOES NOT report anything bad to the credit bureau & does not **** it as a repo then I would gladly call everything even & I will be done speaking with them as well as they shall be done speaking with me. I have proof of said **** Fusion dying each time, stamped with date and time. I have all receipts of things that the mechanics have replaced & the car was still not fixed & yet they said there was nothing they could do due to them not knowing what it was. Any proof that is needed for anything, I will gladly share:) I truly believe that at this point where we stand, they should give me my money back, dont report bad to my credit as they have done me wrong & I will gladly go on my way & no longer make contact with the car lot as they should not make contact with me. Until then I will continue to reach out to them to resolve the issue. They have blocked me from the business page & will no longer answer my phone calls nor messages. There is no reason for the actions that they have done.

      This looks similar to his original complaint. He has come to the dealership and this issue has been resolved.

      I bought a used car from them on Sept. 12 and it overheated, broke down and I had it towed back to them. They called me 3 days later and told me it was fixed, I didn't even make it home. It was steaming and water running out of it, boiling over. I called them on the spot about it and they pretty much told me find a way to get it to them and they will see if they can fix it. I just paid $200 to get it towed and I don't have the money to get it towed again.  I am paying $800 a month, on time, for a vehicle that I can't even use. 

       

      I would like for them to pay for the towing the second time to them and to fix the car.

      I spoke with the customer to resolve the issue. We covered both service visits under warranty for the customer. Towing is not part of our warranty.  I did offer to pay for AAA towing package for the customer and she accepted so any future tows would be covered under their program and guidelines.

      Purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze on January 7, 2023. I stated the car had a bad clutch which they promised to fix and give me a loaner vehicle while being fixed if clutch went out. It went out on February 1, 2023 I got no loaner then after picking the car up on February 9th the very next day the coolant reservoir would not hold a drop of coolant do to a half dollar size hole there ser ice department put in reservoir then tried caulking the piece back in. Followed by loosing all brakes due to vacuum line coming apart right next to reservoir. I fixed both issue on my own by February 12th then the morning of February 18th walked out to car to find all the tranny fluid was on the ground and the car was out of commission again. This non working car has cost me two jobs and has been running less often then it has been broke down. All I want is my money back for this Lemon they sold me but they just continue to hang up when I try calling.

      I work for a finance company we paid off this company with a check Sept 24th and paid off the auto it is now 1/26/23 and they are refusing to send a lien release as well as providing the title, when we call and speak to them we are being cussed out and screamed at when we are attempting to collect the lien release they are legally obligated to provide to us. There was a man and a woman both screaming at us refused to give us their names but said they would not release anything without now knowing my name to contact my boss which again is illegal to hold the lien release like this. I am need of help obtaining this information asap please

      I financed a vehicle from ****. With Byrider in Rolla Mo, on 10-21-2022. To be used by a granddaughter and her making payments. I did have body damage on both driver & passenger side, & left back tail light. Trusting that the mechanical function of the care was in order. Temp tags for 30 days. Being late in the day of business, was told to bring car back in for a full detail & replacement of a tail light cover. When going to put plates on the vehicle I was told the car needed to be brought in for inspection. Current one had expired. Around mid Nov. 2022. I personally drove the car back to the dealership, & did not experience any unusual function of the way the car drove. Car was dropped off to be inspected and detailed. After a week I reached out, placed on hold or had to leave a message & messages never returned. this went on for weeks. When I did speak to service or sales was told the car needed repairs and they were waiting for parts. Week or two went by and still no parts. Then another week & was told that the car had damage under body, to the extent that an adjuster was contacted for estimate of damage. The car was not wrecked while in our possession. Still when I ask for status, I am told waiting on adjuster. I was sold a car with mechanical damage. Never once was I contacted in reference to the damage or status of the inspection. Contact was for payments only. I would like for the business to admit I was sold a car damaged, and release me if this contract.

      It happened 1/10/23, I went in to make the payment of $200 as agreed with by the accountant that was handling my case and they took 2 cars and blocked my boyfriend and my infant daughter in the car. When I told the district manager about the agreement to pay the $200 she said that she didn't care and I needed to pay the whole amount that was past due because it was 25 days late. I am not the main buyer on the vehicle, i am the co buyer. Something needs to be done because just to get a hold of me they harassed my whole family which is not right.

      I want my 2,000 back from my Federal Tax Return Check. They sold me a car that I believe had not passed inspection. 8 things were wrong with the car immediately and they didn't fix anything according to the warranty. I only got to drive it 1 week before head light went out , check engine light, coolant leaking, car shaking, car not going past 20 miles per hour , then car not going past 40miles per hour, car running out. Refusing for 3 days to give me my tax return check making me wait for 2 hours in the waiting room.

      Good Afternoon!
      We received the letter of complaint for ******* ****** from the original file date being 5-26-2022. 
      ******* signed up for our TaxMax program where a portion of her tax refund was used towards her down payment in order to purchase a vehicle with us.
      Please see the attached documentation ******* agreed to at time of purchase. I met with her in person with my service manager on May 26, 2022 as she came in after no contact and nonpayment for over 30 days after wrecking her vehicle asking us to have it towed to the shop. 
      Her vehicle was found in a wooded area on the side of the road where we had to have the vehicle towed in at our expense. 
      She has been made aware of the contract she signed including the release of the $2,000 portion from her tax refund and was also given the remaining refund in the form of a cashier's check from TaxMax. 
      This issue has been resolved

      I bought a 2008 Hyundai Tucson from Byrider in Rolla Mo. the sells rep. *** ******* sold me this vehicle for 14,000. And it had a transmission problem that i did not know about til two months after. Now they have it to fix it and has had it for a week now with no information about if they will replace the transmission, or when they will have one, or when it will be done. They will not give me a loner car til the vehicle is done. This vehicle is a 2008 was sold in 2022 for the price of a new vehicle. I do not want this vehicle anymore it was for to much i could get a new one for that price and without problems. I want out of this contract and they can have that lemon. I was lied to in the beginning.

      I purchased a car from this dealer right before Thanksgiving. I have been using the temporary tags, but they are about to expire. I called them about getting the title for the car so I can get all the paperwork and filing done. When I called, they put me off about the title. They said they were working on the title. They said they couldn't extend the temporary tag. They said that if I get pulled over, they won't pay for the ticket.

      AFTER having the car for about 6 months the motor blew on it. Then after supposedly replacing the motor it has been leaking and when we contacted them about it they came up with a ******** story about it. When leaving a bad review on their page they contacted me an threatened me! When told to come get their car their tow guy tried charging me money and threatening me. I am done and do not want to be contacted by these crooks.

      We have gone over Mrs. *****' contract with her in full detail as our warranty does not cover towing. We have 4 documented service appointments she had scheduled over the last 6 months which she never showed for. We have provided several tow agencies who could tow her vehicle to our location for a diagnosis as we cannot fix an issue if we do not know what the issue is. We are more than happy to schedule an appointment to get the vehicle in the service shop as we want nothing more than to honor our warranty and take care of the customer.

      They never once said they would bring a tow truck out here to pick car up. They replaced the motor and ever since then it has been leaking. Now it is just sitting in my driveway because they refuse to pick it up after I have messaged them SEVERAL times to come get their car! I just want out of my contract with them.
