I have been a customer with Bug Busters since 2019 and payments were either taken automatically from my account or I received an email and/or phone call from the company if payment was late or to renew a specific service. I last received an invoice in May of 2021. Just today I received an email stating that I owe $520, my service was cancelled and that my account has been sent to an outside collection agency. I was not contacted about the delinquency of my account until today. I will pay the balance tomorrow when the office is open and I would like a letter submitted to the credit bureaus explaining that payment was delinquent because no invoice had been submitted to me. My account was supposed to be on autopay so payments should have been collected since this service was set up for me in March of 2021. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
