  We hired ALL-N-ALL CONSTRUCTION to remodel powder room, install and add a shower. 1. Told it would take 3-4 wks. It took 7 wks. 2. When finished (4/29/21), NOTHING related to plumbing or heating worked. 3. 1st shower taken, EVERYTHING flooded including basement underneath, also causing Bsmt. utility sink directly underneath to back up with sewage. Had a licensed plumber come to repair. The main sewer/drain pipe under concrete basement floor was blocked with “concrete”. He said the contractor must have poured his mortar/leveler down the drain. 4. Heated floor took 3 days to heat up. Heated floor installed incorrectly. Manual/instructions specifically says not to put leveler on top of cables, which is what was done. The contractor was emailed & verbally told by owner that manufacture stated no leveler. He did it anyway NEGATING THE WARRANTY. Entire tiled floor/heating cables in shower & adjoining bathroom to be removed and reinstalled correctly. REPAIR SCHEDULED JAN 2022. 5. Second shower taken created another leak in the basement. The same licensed plumber returned and said this leak is coming from the wall. We needed to remove the sheet rock behind the shower fixtures for him to inspect. Upon inspection, the new shower head that was installed leaked. We were told not to close up the wall for 30+ days so it could dry out so as not to create mold. 6. Newly installed toilet rocked back/forth when in use. It was not bolted down correctly. Again, licensed plumber returned to repair. 7. New contractor came to inspect, he added: A: the shower seat edges should have been “bull nosed”, seat not leveled, water drains to wall. B: Grout was not sealed and seams were irregular. I told him that was because on shower walls-installer used folded cardboard instead of industry spacer “plugs”. I was told that is what he always does and it would be fine. C: FLOOR NOT LEVELED TO DRAIN-CAUSES “LAKE” D: NO SHOWER PAN INSTALLED.

  Our company completed the project per our contract. We actually did more work than we were contracted to do, all work passed inspections, plumbing and heated floors were working perfect.  We went above and beyond to please the homeowner including giving free labor. This project was perfect, all plumbing and heated floors were working when we did our final inspection. The homeowner still owes our company over $8000.00, we had to file a lien to try to get the balance paid. Our company can not work for free, we stand behind our workmanship and warranties, we will not offer any monetary refunds and expect to be paid in full.
