A tractor trailer was towed illegally from Rollo MO by this company. Upon tow, they removed the driveline from the tractor, making it inoperable, and charged over $1700 in CASH only to get the tractor out of impound. They then referred me to a company that could get the driveline placed on the truck again. The company they referred is connected directly to this business. I need this company to provide an itemized receipt of charges and list of what they did to the tractor to tow. In addition, I need a list of company policies, liability and retention fees list sent over.Initial Complaint

Towed My truck an trailer for 37 miles charged 401 refused to take cards or check cash only didn't tell until had already hooked up the truck an trailer the price was outrageous an the serive is crap the lady is rude an very unprofessional they need an audit done I'm sure with cash only transactions refused to give me a emailed receipt for my records as well
