            I went to this shop to get braids on October 20th,2022. I paid $250.00 for the service, but the braid began falling out shortly after. I called to report it to the shop who kept referring me back to the technician. Why would I go to the technician who clearly did not do a good job. I kept asking the owner to look at the braids and address the poor workmanship of her technician. The owner has refused to professionally address my concerns for over 2 weeks now.

            This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been to. My entire day was wasted due to the owner pushing my appointment back 6 hours. Once I got to the shop, she raised the quoted price by $50. My daughter was in tears complaining about how tight the braids were. I could visually see her skin pulling and turning red. I asked if the braider could braid a little looser but she refused and said that shell ( my daughter) would be ok once she finished. I made the appointment with the owner (Pauline) but once we got there she handed us off to another braider. There were not any beauty/salon licenses displayed in the salon.
