I went to Outfitters to have a lift put on my truck, and other ancessories, ie running boards, driver side mirror, new tires. I was given a price about around $3,000, Outfitters kept my vehicle for 9 months and the lift only takes a couple days maybe on. When I returned to Outfitters to pickup my vehicle the truck was not ready and I had a police to escort. On receiving my vehicle, I returned their tires that they did not take off of bill, my vehicles was not aligned, the whole frame of my vehicle rattles. They said they took it ****, **** did the alignment and I took to the **** to do the services they reversed $90 of my alignment. Outfitters never completed my truck because there's no air in my shocks, whole frame is loose and truck not lift. I want my money backBusiness response

ID ********To whom it may concern,I am following up on the compliant from **** ********, from what we know and understand the account with **** is settled and satisfactory. **** would come by and collect our metal scrap for years and from time to time we would work on something for him. In this situation he owned an older Ram pickup that was in need of some maintenance and he wanted to change the look as well. We were to install a small lift and some tires, change the steps. He gave us an idea of what he wanted (nothing to extreme). I gave him a suggestion and he seemed to like the idea. He was in no hurry as he had another truck to drive and asked us to see if we could locate a mirror replacement for him of which the part was on back order from the manufacture and we could not get. Toward the end **** came by and mentioned he wanted to make a change to what we did and go more to the extreme side of things. I told him that this was not what we agreed on and we could change the truck if wanted but what he was asking for this time was quite a bit more expensive. **** did not want to pay for the modifications and asked us to put his factory tires back on and not charge him; that once this was complete, he would come in and get his truck. We did as he asked and a few weeks later he came into pickup his truck. He did bring a police officer with him once but did not need one as there was no hostility on our end. A few weeks after he picked up, he called about the alignment being off and said we did not align the vehicle. I told him we did and had a receipt from the alignment shop to prove it. The last conversation I had with **** was to give him this proof and to help him get the alignment help he needed. He has not made any attempts to contact us directly about this and never complained about a rattle. He mentioned air in the shocks we installed. These are oil filled shocks not air shocks and they cannot be aired up. **** is paid up for the work he let us complete and we adjusted the invoice and did not charge him for tires he had us remove. Additionally, I did not have this truck for 9 months. It was here longer than we liked as **** took a long time to get back to us and told us he was never in a hurry. We tried to get this done sooner but he stalled. It sat here for a month done before he came to get it. We had to call multiple times.Again, after all this I believe this situation is settled and satisfactory. This letter is the first thing we heard from him since and seems too different from what he told us in person.**** *******Initial Complaint

I had my Jeep in for automatic running boards on December 2, 2022. When I picked up my Jeep, I didn't notice that the strap of my dog cover for my Jeep was torn because the old sideboards were in the truck area extending to the back seat. When the sideboards were removed Sunday, I let up the back seat backs in an upright position. I went to put the dog cover back on the seats that were removed by Pickup Outfitters and could not secure it because the strap was torn away from the cover. I paid $25.99 for it and called around to a ********, it would cost more than the cover cost. I had it in the back seat of my jeep two canisters of cheese potato chips, one bag of red strawberry licorice, and a box of Dots total of $6.36. I'm an individual and when I lose money, I can't write it off and suffer personally to replace things. I called and left a message with my phone number and the lady said, she will have the owner call me back. It's been two days and no return call. I believe the young man that explained the care of the running boards is **** and he's 32 years old. He told me and my husband his age when telling me what to purchase to care for the running boards. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.***************************
