Have a suspicion of fraudulent activity from Magnolia Water because I no affiliation in any capacity. I received a bill for sewage when I live in a different state and pay for city and parish taxes for those services. The company must be investigated

Word of warning folks, if your sub division or park is even remotely considering CSWR for water.....DONT!! Just don't! They came into our subdivision and sold a bunch of elderly folks a bunch of bunk and that yes the rates would go up but just temporarily. We'll, guess what, now the rates are permanently about 300% more than they were and now we are being told that they will stay this way. You have been warned, This is the worst run and managed utility company in *******! Greed running amuck!

For the 1st 17 months of my service with CSWR my bill was between $61 to $71. From 12/2023 to 07/2024 my bill incrementally increased %100 with the highest being $143.45. The average water bill in *********** is $23. When I called to voice my concern they would only say that there have been increases in my area. No kidding. There is absolutely no excuse for a %100 percent increase over such a short amount of time. The only way they can get away with it is because they know that we cannot choose another utility. The utility companies are a legalized monopoly, however they seem to get a pass on it. It is greed in its purest and vilest form and the consumers are the ones made to suffer.

This company increased rates that tripled what I was paying in 2023. Water comes out brown out of the faucets and continually gets shut off or has low pressure. For the third time this week, the water had low pressure and a boil water notice was issued. I have had to pay for new clothes due to Being ruined in the wash and continue to have to boil water for pets and daily use. It seems that every time the water goes out, our monthly bill amount goes up. It has been like this since I moved into this neighborhood in 2019.

They are a terrible company that does not care about the *** **** their bills and keeping them in business. Our water quality is terrible and their fix is to run a fire hydrant 24/7. Our monthly bills have doubled and tripled meaning we are paying for it, our ditches are constantly full of water and they just blame it on drainage. We had the city come ruin our beautiful ditches by re digging them and guess what, constant flowing water. Like a waterfall, itll never be dry because water is constantly flowing over it!!!!! We call and call and call and nobody calls back. Nobody cares.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. This is the worst sewage company I've experienced. I have lived in different cities and different states and never experienced such a price ***** company taking advantage of residents. Rates keep increasing with no true explanation or show of improvements. They charge a flat rate to everyone no matter how much sewage may be used like most companies I have ever experienced. I was in a zoom where they were trying to explain another price increase. The company tells me they are doing improvements but the facility in our neighborhood shows no improvements. The company says the increased are for improvements and to pay investors. They take advantage of small sewage areas and price ***** to more than any where close tto the average cost in the state. They are charging $93.50 a month just for sewage on top of a water bill. They keep saying that they don't know if they will increase prices and hope once they do improvements and get cost back down will maybe lower cost but we all no they will not do that at all. This company needs to be looked into I have filed a attorney general complaint as well. They are not regulated by the state so they are just able to charge whatever they want. This is a poor company and will look into getting an attorney as well to see what can be done. They have no true explanation on price increases. They have not assisted us at all and aren't there as a service and more as a company taking advantage of citizens who have no other choice.

******** customer service. Called in to question my bill since the water usage went from roughly ****** gallons used on average to a total of ******* gallons used. It was suggested to check for leaks, so we did. Nothing out of the ordinary on my side. Called back in and said they would reread the meter and test it to see if it was faulty. Only thing that was done was the reread and was told the reading was correct and was told again to check for leaks. Meter was never tested for being faulty. Told them we checked and that I would notice ****** gallons of water in my house if something was leaking as well as outside. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they would call me back. Made three more phone calls to speak to a supervisor, was told they would call me back and still havent heard anything. Nothing was being done on their behalf to investigate the extra ****** gallons of water used. ******** service and company. Guess we are stuck paying a bill that I know and they know is incorrect but choose not to make it right.

*********** purchased our water system. Since they have purchased it the went up on the monthly bill from $15.00 per month for ***** gallons of water to ***** gallons a month for $33.00. In the last 6 months they have billed me with the wrong readings on my bill four times. I have to take pictures of the meter readings and send to them. They also have done the same to my two neighbors, the amount used is not correct. This is after we actually showed them which meter is which. Now they have gone up again and added a so called surcharge for the water meter that has been paid for at the time of installation. This company does NOT have any good comments across the country. This is not going well for all of the residents in the subdivision at all with the cost of the water more than double since they took over this year. And still trying to raise it with fees. We find this very unacceptable. Please take a look into this company. The original operators/owners of the water system couldn't increase the rates according to the previous owners, hence the reason they sold it. This company is buying up all of the smaller utility companies not owned by the local government. They should be made to leave the state!

Central States Water Resources DBA *************** is the worst utility company that I've had to deal with in 40 years, they don't even deserve 1 star. They supply our subdivision in ************************************************* Rates have gone from $79.00 to $98.00 to $122 in a six-month period. This is for a one-person household and no meter. Our local and state govt will not even help out other than to tell us that the increases have been approved by state elected officials.
