We lost everything in a house fire March 29, 2021. We contacted SS DesignPlus as our first course of action, being that we had never been through this situation before. We met with him in person. He took down all the information we gave. Weeks and weeks went by. Then months. He had nothing but excuses. When he finally delivered something (3 months later), there was more wrong than right. Each time he would email a new drawing, it was wrong. Each time he blamed everyone but himself. Time was getting critical. We made him very aware. My husband and I both sent separate email pleading with him to do his job because we are running out of time on our rental and they are selling it. ***** said he submitted for permits. A month goes by and my husband asks. ***** said it was done. Two more months and we are really becoming stressed and anxious. He finally JUST submitted wrong drawings for permits. It was such a mess that the city required all of our companies to be licensed in St. Peters and one of them had special investigations done. It all came out clear, but ***** still hasn't delivered accurate drawings and did very little to cooperate in fixing the mess he made of not only the drawings, but our ability to get proper permits. Because of his direct neglect on our account, we lost lower prices, we are about to be homeless, my stress is affecting me physically to the point I'm under medical care. Today is March 1, 2022. Our house still has not been started... because of SS DesignPlus. The drawings my husband accepted as final, just so we can try to get things going, are so terribly wrong. We have to make changes on the job and resubmit... more cost, because of SS DesignPlus. The amount of money he's cost us is A LOT. He needs to be held responsible somehow. A company should not be allowed to play with peoples' lives like this and it just be accepted. He has made no attempt to correct this or to even apologize. Very unprofessional & unreliable.
