    My mother-in-law had a policy effective 12/8/2020 through 01/06/2026. They contacted her midway through that and sold her another policy for $3,795, effective 9/14/2023 through 10/14/2027. When she realized it was a duplicate policy, she tried to cancel, then asked me to try to cancel on her behalf. We talked with a rep and he noted I was authorized to work on her behalf. On 10/23/23, I sent a certified letter indicating MIL wanted to cancel both policies since she was going to be moving into an assisted living facility and would no longer be driving. No response or refund to the letter. ***'s December credit card bill now has a $150.21 charge on 12/8 for this. None of the phone numbers I call actually reach anyone, one of them cuts me off after about 15 seconds. Their website is not active.We are seeking a refund of the $3,795 for the new policy (which they never should have sold to her) and the portion of the remaining policy which was $3,346 originally. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. MIL name and policyholder is *****************************.

    Do not honor what they promise customers when signing up for their extended use vehicle warranties. Always finding ways to not pay out on claims. Submitted two claims. The first one was the engine oil cooler went bad and they (National Auto Alliance) denied the claim stating "it was outside the motor). Paid out of pocket to have it fixed. Then I had engine problem and filed a claim on that and it was denied because the engine oil cooler was not recorded to show proof that I had the work done. Did not check with the dealership that's repairing my truck to see if it had been repaired. I've had the extended for over three years. DO NOT EVER BY THIS WARRANTY. YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.

    National Auto Allinace is an insurance broker. We do not handle claims. We do not accept or deny ANYTHING. The underwriters are *** who handle all that. This client has ** confused with someone else. And if ***y would like to direct this complaint in *** right direction that would be much appreciated. Again, NAA does not handle claims. We are an insurance broker. We can however look into ***se claims and see what *** facts on how ***y were handled. Most of *** time in situations like this, maintenance records cant be provided and a claim is denied. We are not going to assume anything and would greatly appreciate this complaint to be redirected to *** underwriter. Thank you for *** feedback, we greatly appreciate it.
