December 30th I booked a hair appointment with her commander online and provided my debit card. I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment and she said I didn't show up then charged me a no-show fee of $30. I asked for a refund because I had showed up I was just a few minutes late she said she waited 10 minutes and then charged it. She lied I have evidence supporting that I was there at 12:07 and provided it to her at that point she no longer answered any more messages.Business response

I am responding to the complaint ***** ********* has made against me and my business, Hair Commander Barber shop. His complaint comes after his dispute resolution with my payment service (******) has been filed. I have submitted paperwork and proof that ***** willfully signed the cancellation policy prior to completing his booking online. The system will not let a client book an appointment until they sign the cancellation policy and put in their card number to reserve the appointment. Please see the proof I am attaching.***** did not show up to the building nor enter the building before the 7 minutes grace period which is clearly stated in the contract he signed. I waited 10 minutes after his appointment time and he did not enter the building. I am an appointment only shop, so I left the building and put up my break sign. On my website and also on my door is my email address for clients to see and email me. Also clients receive both email and text reminders of thei appointments and can respond to those as well in the case of lateness. ***** authorized this card charge by legally binding contract which I am providing in attached files.I feel threatened by ***** as well and harassed. I am requesting a police officer or other power to restrain him, please and thank you.
