*** responded to my inquiry almost immediately. After I texted him some pictures of the damage he texted me back with an estimated quote. Lt. *** was fantastic. He was quick to reply even though there were 2 recent hail storms and he was surely very busy. He has some personality and character as well which is nice when you are dealing with car damages. Thanks Lt. ****Review from Karla K
