04/24/2024 Paid ******** For of the following listed in the pictures below. They falsely and fraudulently charged me for parts that was not done or installed to my vehicle along with never fixing the original problem I brought the vehicle in. Brought my vehicle to an independent shop to inspect the issue and diagnose the situation. Found that the head gasket was bad along with using RTX to reseal and reuse my valve gasket that I paid to have a new one installed along with head studs. Finding that these were not installed as well. Please do look at the following pictures.Initial Complaint

Repair issues with this company: 1. 1st brake problem 10/08/21 - Repaired and paid to Autos of Europe. They did not report any damage at this time but they didn't know anything at this time. 2. I purchased side marker and front panel on 12/1/23 3. Gave to Champion to repair front when someone backed into car. They did the painting on car (all new and no scratches). 4. Transmission slipping so I called several places and Luxury Imports has best rates quoted ($120 or maybe $150) (see 6 notes). Also Kemper sent check to Luxury and ***** **** (I never saw the check and it was cleared without my signature, never endorsed by me). 5. Luxury's final prices that kept changing and I checked prices of parts and they were much lower (Syd-Sid) told me that Luxury doesn't upcharge their parts for repair. Also see miles and pictures #7. 6. Notes during telephone calls to parts people, Sid (Luxury) and the insurance co. 7. Same pictures 8. See from #1 to #13. 9. Paid $3,500 under when I brought the car in for transmission repair.Business response

The problem is I have a 2003 * **** Jaguar V8 and I had some work that was needed done, I had a code that came on and was referred to him. I took my vehicle there and he told me what was wrong with it. He said he had to find a part, then he looked for other things wrong with the car. After he told me what was wrong it came to $3,000.00. The only thing I wanted done was what I originally brought the car in for because it is a pleasure vehicle. Then all of a sudden he gets a different attitude and told me he wouldn't fix my car until I get everything he suggested done for $5,000.00 otherwise he would not fix it. He wanted me to pay for all the parts. Why do I have to pay for all the parts?Customer response
