In November of 2021 Express Granite installed quartz in my kitchen. Initially, the breakfast bar was incorrectly edged; so they took it back for the correct edge. Their vacuum did not work, however they cut the quartz out for the stove top and the faucet sink inside my house. I am still cleaning quartz dust off and out of everything. One entire countertop was not level; and when I pointed it out, they did their best to level it. There were huge holes and gouges in the walls and my sliding glass door blinds were broken. I am willing to overlook most of the above. However, the hole for the faucet was cut too far back and not quite centered. Then he tried to cut the hole more forward; now my plumber said it is like a hole side by side. My faucet won't seat correctly because the hole is too large. There was only one faucet that would work since it was right up against the bar. They came back out and moved the breakfast bar forward a little, but now there is a gap between the breakfast bar and the wall that they filled with caulk. And because of the faucet hole being too large, it leaked, ruining the bottom of the cabinet which I now have to replace and mold remediation done. The plumber has been here 4 times and the faucet still leaks around the base into the cabinet. This is not a professional install and they would not want this in their homes.Business response

We have been in contact with the customer and we will be back there tomorrow to resolve the problem.
