            I supposedly have a home warranty to Repair items for my new home purchased on April 27. 2023 I have repeatedly submitted requests to have my patio repaired. It is cracking and crumbling and getting worse everyday.An independent contractor looked at it. He said it is not built properly and will continue to crack and crumble. Recommended it been torn up and built on proper foundation with proper slope to stop the decay and Cracking. The thermostat is falling off the wall and I have been promised it will be repaired for months with only scheduled dates for repair and they no call no show. The electrical system is not working properly as I have to constantly go downstairs to turn switch back to reset box. When items are Plugged in other appliances go out. Microwave rarely works unless I reset the switch. Either the repairmen are incompetent or they have no clue what they are doing. My home warranty is good for a year and I want the items corrected. I can hire my own contractor and they pay them If they refuse to correct or Say they correct and only make situation worse.
