If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Finishing Touch built us a beautiful new retaining wall about 4 years ago exactly, and not only has is it looked beautiful ever since, it has held up extremely well. The other amazing aspect is that out of all the bids we got, Finishing Touch was by far the lowest. I could not believe the range of bids which were from $17,000 down to under $3000 for Finishing Touch. There were other bids in the 6 to 10k area. I was initially somewhat hesitant to go with the lowest bid given how much higher the other companies were, but after investigating and especially after meeting with the owner several times, *** *** ******, I was convinced his company could do the job properly and simply were more efficient and not motivated to overcharge. I would also like to add that about 3 and 1/2 years after they did the work, I called them in regards to another potential job, our crumbling concrete front steps and porch. *** ****** took the time to explain that a much more simple repair involving mudjacking and then using polymeric sand to fix a crack would get us about 90% of what we wanted at less than 10% of the cost of totally redoing them. He took a good 20 minutes+ of his time to explain it all in great detail, which is way beyond what a lot of people would do. Combined with the excellent work he did on our wall, I could not recommend this company and *** ****** more highly.

I very much enjoyed meeting this customer and having the opportunity to work with them. I give honest advice to everyone I meet, they deserve that, NO one likes to be taken advantage of. Thanks for the kind words, I enjoy doing the right thing every day for the people I meet.

I was happy with **** work until I had nine plants die. *** gave us a one year warranty, which started around 25 April 2023. On 08 April I contacted *** about having at least nine plants that have died and need replaced. On 22 April I texted him again asking if he was going to respond. He responded stating we need to meet and take a look. Then nothing, no meeting. I texted again on 17 May and nothing. Today is 21 May and still no response. After spending a LOT of money, I expect better than this. If you use him, I hope all of you plants live, because you probably wont get a response. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Yes, I need to get by this customers home and take a look at his plants and replace those that did not survive the winter, I do provide a 1 year warranty on all plants that we plant. I will be sending them an email to schedule an appointment time to meet and take a look. They will get new plants, Sorry it took just a bit longer to get it done.***
