Greenside cuts my neighbors lawn. On 10/16 I go out to cut my back yard grass and notice a post cap for my new fence is in the middle of my yard. These caps do not come off easily. I went over to the fence where I see a post is missing a cap and noticed the fence post is pushed in toward my yard. I walk around to the other side of the fence and see very low on the fence post it was hit so hard it bent the metal post practically cutting through the metal and had knocked the fence linkage loose. I immediately knew the only thing that could have done something like this is large metal equipment, like an industrial lawn mower. Greenside had just been out on 10/14 to cut my neighbors lawn. I called their office on 10/18 and 10/20 and left messaged with no response. I saw the lawn team back on 10/21 and approached them about it, the worker said "I don't remember doing it, but doesn't mean it didn't happen". He then assured me it wasn't a problem, to call the owner (John), he would take care of getting it fixed and gave me Johns cell number to call. I called John on 10/22, left a message and again no response. On 11/15 I tried one last time to contact them via ******** ********* but still no response. At this point I need someone to step in and assist in me getting this resolved.Business response

I went out to the property and there was a red mark on the post and our mowers are red. We would like to replace the post if that's ok with the customer.Customer response
