If anyone in St. ******* county uses this company immediately consider another option. They are billing and not providing the services. The office manager belonged that since their drivers show up or a sign is in your yard that means the service is being rendered. I have a ring doorbell and there is clearly no one at my house and they have billed me. Couple that with the fact that they were trying to send me to collections because they forgot to add my tree service on to the credit card on file and then blamed it in a software glitch. I noticed a $168 charge in my card that was never approved and they basically back billed me for every service they claimed to do that the software glitch didnt bill. The people in m the office are unprofessional, could care a less and will defend this ranch until the end.You would think with any type of customer service and their badgering of calls stating I was late past due ams collections they would of done something for the customer since it was their apparent software glitch. But no they just continue to defend their processes or lack there of.

I called this reputable lawn care company to inquire about getting a discount to provide support to a recently deployed soldier from the ********* area. The soldier was recently deployed and his (9 mth pregnant) wife called needing help with cutting their grass (3 acres), due to their lawnmower breaking. Without hesitancy, the owner offered to cut it for free. I could barely continue to talk....since his kind offer was truly unexpected and soooo generous. Please consider using this company....they not only have impressive reviews online...but I'd love to get everyone to give them some new business. Our military has got our back, and no doubt this soldier overseas, can keep his mind on defending our country, knowing that his ************ on the way), are being taken care of at home. 5 STARS!!!!!Review from Andrea L
