              We hired Rent-A-Vet on 10/15/21 to move items (couches/appliances) from our house into our garage. These items have been moved through the front door with no issues. The team took a chip out of the front door jamb and scratched the Storm Door. They did not notify us of the damage and we noticed it upon closing up. We immediately called the office to let them know and they pointed us to their $200 LoL on doors/walls/painted surfaces. While it makes sense, the cost to fix or replace a Front Door is more extensive than an interior door. They were not willing to talk about the damage to make the situation right. Additionally, their team measured everything going out the door and did not have concerns with any of the items being able to fit. We are in the process of getting a quote to fix the door, the $200 will most likely not cover the cost, especially if the door needs to be replaced.

              There could never be movers as bad as Rent A Vet(aka Rwnt A Mover). They were. Not on time. They showed up at 10:53 am. They sold ** full insurance and then forged my name to a piece of paper. They destroyed our property and then we couldnt contact them. After months of chasing them they offered $900 for all their destruction, a fraction of what was destroyed, BUT no check! I have contacted all governing authorities and they are on the run. The ** ****************** has not been able to contact them. A rip off and dishonest company
