I bought a 50” television from this place on 10/20/21. The woman who sold me the tv (******) told me to test the tv out and if in 48 hours there are any issues I can bring the tv back for an exchange or for a full refund. The tv is a smart tv but has an issue with staying connected to the internet. It loses connection to the internet/sometimes won’t connect at all. It’s random when it loses connection but in the few days we’ve had the tv we’ve had to keep resetting the network settings on the tv to potentially get it connected and stay connected for an unknown period of time. I brought the tv back and explained the problem. No smart tv should have to keep being reconnected to the internet, period. There’s an issue with the tv. This place refused a refund and refused an exchange because they claim the tv is working. I have video footage of the tv not connecting to wifi, I have photos of the different error messages it displays, and screenshots of my internet service working fine at the time that the tv says there’s no connection. I would have gone away happy with an exchange but not only is this business not open to rectifying the situation, they were rude on top of that. I want a full refund. They gave me 48hrs to bring it back, I brought it back within that time frame with issues and they are refusing to hold their end of the deal up.
