On 7-15-2024 my dog had an appointment scheduled with Pet Supply Plus. During this appointment he was scheduled to receive a bath, haircut, nail cut and nail griding. Not long after dropping off my dog I received a phone call stating that due to him moving his face around the groomer would not be able to cut any of the hair on his face and because he did not get his face cut, he would not be able to get a bath. However, I was told that his nails would be cut and grinded and that the rest of his body would be cut. when I went to pick my dog up the groomer was giving me an overview of what she could and could not do, when she was going over the appointment with me, I had to remind her to cut my dogs nails. When I got my dog home, I quickly realized that his body that I was told would be cut was uneven including his legs, the hair on his paws was not cut and his nails still were not cut like they were supposed to be. My dog has hair that looks as if they never tried to groom even though it is nowhere close to his face. When I called Pet Supply Plus I was told the reason for his nails not being cut was because his nails were to grow out. According to my understanding based on what I was told was that his face would not be groomed. What I was told would be able to be done was not done. When I called, they said I was only charged for haircut and a bath and when I explained to them that he did not get a bath, but I was still charged for a bath and that the hair cut he received was uneven and incomplete I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I was told I would get a 15 percent discount for his next visit, but I told then I will never bring my dog back due to the fact that what I was told would be done was not complete. After going through all of this to just get what was supposed to be a haircut, I feel misled, mistreated and taken advantage of
