Since our original contract with Lindemann Brothers and **** LIndemann in October 2020 our pool and hot tub are still not complete. There have been several issues with long periods with no or very little communication. There are still a handful if items that are either not complete or need to be addressed. Subcontractors for our job have been reaching out to us to get paid and track Mr. ********************** down. Our goal is to get the project we have already paid over 112k into completed per our expectation. We have been extremely patient with him and this is enough. We do have the original contract, just not in front of us now. The pool is functional but the hot tub is not. Several issues that were performed by subcontractors need to be addressed as well as an issue with the pool itself having cracks that haven't been properly repaired. Having little or no interest in finishing our job Mr. ********************** needs to be held accountable.
